Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with no damage or missing labels.
  • All original manuals, instructions and other documentation must be included.
  • Products must not be used and not have been customized , modified or damaged in any way.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us at orderenquiries@usa.grantinstruments.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos (if applicable, e.g., damaged or incorrect items)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost and/or damaged in return transit.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed via Shopify Payments back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your payment provider, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at orderenquiries@usa.grantinstruments.com, noting your order number and returns reference.
